I am trying to find Unreal Tournament levels and submit levels inside Github. Where do I go?

I am eager to make playable levels inside Github for the next Unreal Tournament. I was able to create a Github account and then I was able to find where Unreal Tournament is being made. I want to both play levels that have been made and make them. I have looked through the folders inside Github and I can only find a bunch of C++ files. Where do I need to go to make and play levels for Unreal Tournament?
