Would you be able to provide more information about how you have built your project (I am guessing that you are using the Debug Solution Configuration and Win32 Solution Platform settings)? What process are you using to launch the project in Visual Studio? Have you confirmed that the file that is being looked for is actually in that directory and the directory path is correct?
