I am not receiving payments in full

Hello, the payout amounts in the StoreReport section of my developer portal are 20% -25% more than the payout amounts I actually receive. Could you please explain what this is related to? I’ve written several emails to accounts-payable, but I’m not getting a response. I will write a new email to accounts-payable. Please reply to it. I would like to know why I am not receiving full payments.

Hello, I still haven’t received my payment (ID EF688959). I can’t create a private request anymore either, because the web page just won’t open anymore. The accounts-payable team also doesn’t respond to my last email. Please help me.
