I have imported a fbx file i dont know why skeleton is also added with it . and i am not able to go close to the object. i i have attached the screenshot.

In your physics asset: Select “pasted__curve 1 capsule 0” and use the transform widget to resize

pasted curve 1 was selected after applying all this nothing happend. See the snapshot and let me know i am going right or not.
What you’ll want to see is the physics capsule (big purple capsule in image 2) being sized closer to the hull of the plane. (Press R with capsule selected to switch to scale tool)
Yes i have done that but after doing that the area which is not included in capsule become non collision. There is no collision in whole that area and collision is working on the area which is coming under capsule

2 things to help debug could be the console commands (press ~ key and type) showflag.collision 1 or pxvis collision
Another thing you might be experiencing mis-configured collision channels. It’s a tricky subject - but this might help you: Collision Filtering - Unreal Engine
