I am having trouble importing from rhino. For reference, I am using a windows computer with rhino 7 and the most current twinmotion. I have imported with direct link and geometry but neither seemed to work, they say they are present but I do not see it.

this is very urgent if anyone has experienced a similar problem please help ! :)

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out in the community. If you are not seeing your model in the viewport when importing via Geometry or Direct Link, it may be helpful to use the "F" hotkey to focus on the selection, in case the model may be out of the camera's view on import.

For Twinmotion 2023.1, in regards to the Datasmith, please ensure that you are using the 5.1.1 version of the Rhino Datasmith plugin(compatible with Twinmotion 2023.1 and Rhino 6-7) available here: Datasmith Exporter for Rhino

If you are using a previous version of the plugin, be sure to uninstall this before installing the newer version. We'll have install/uninstall instructions for the Rhino Datasmith plugin available here:
