I am having trouble importing all elements from my Revit model into twin motion.

I have just updated to Revit 2023, per my school's request and I now have an issue with the importing.

When I go to direct link import on twin motion, it loads in the lighting but nothing else. the lights are all clumped together on the starting ground in twin motion, but nothing else loads in (not even the light model, just the light source) I have tried uninstalling and re-installing about 5 times, and I've updated every single possible update twin motion and Revit had, I even tried on 3 other computers and still nothing works. It has been about a week and nothing has changed.

In the scene properties panel, the only visible elements are the lights and that's it, so I'm really unsure what to do.

I've attached an image of what's happening in twin motion so you can understand what I mean. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have spent days trying to research it but there is not a single article or website that has had the same issue and twin motion has been no help what so ever, there are no support links related to this issue and surprisingly I am the only student in my class having this issue.

We are on holiday now so I am unable to reach out to my teachers so please if anyone knows how to fix it please help me!!

Thank you for posting in the community and sorry to hear about the troubles. The first thing is to make sure you are using the correct Datasmith Exporter plugin for Twinmotion and you should be using 5.0.3 found on this website: https://www.twinmotion.com/plugins

You can reference this article to check the version you have installed:

Then when importing under Process you should use the option ALL.

I had not updated the data smith plug-in, I had assumed that when I un-installed twin motion and re-installed it that it would update everything but I never thought to update the plug-in.
