I'm having a similar problem syncing from Rhino.

If I sync from within rhino the file structure shows up in TM but nothing is shown if I save that file and reopen it my objects show up but in some weird default material that I can not change. If I import from within TM using directlink my objects show up in a different orientation and are organized by material but the TM file is not synced to the rhino file. It was all working before I upgraded this morning.

Thank you for posting in the community and with Twinmotion 2023.1 you need to use the Datasmith exporter 5.1.1 found on our plugin page here: https://www.twinmotion.com/plugins

I had the same problem and downloaded the 5.0 version for my Revit 2023 and Twinmotion 2022.2, it worked.

This has not answered my question as I have used the Datasmith plug in and it will display a connection on Revit and when I sync my 3D view into Twinmotion, the link is successful I believe as it is an element on the right panel on my project but there is no geometry within Twinmotion.

Typically when it works, you should see elements visible in the scene graph, and by selecting them and pressing the F key it should zoom to them. If there are no elements in the scene graph then there could be a bug and need to investigate further.
