I sync’ed UE 4.20.3 and am now attempting to run Setup.bat but I am getting this output with an error:

I searched on the internet and it seems like this should be accessible (Epic hasn’t archived it or explicitly ended access to it from what I can tell), so I’m wondering if there is an update to the dependencies xml, or maybe a config fix needs to be applied to make the download work again?
