I am trying to download the engine through the launcher and it seems to be stuck at 7%. Why is it stuck?

Hi kai.kyle,

Which version of the Engine are you trying to download? Have you successfully downloaded a previous version of the Engine through the Launcher?

Have you followed the troubleshooting steps from here Troubleshooting Launcher Problems

If so, please post your Debug Logs.

Since it has been a few days since we’ve heard back from you, I am closing this post as resolved for tracking purposes.

However, if you are still experiencing the issue of the engine being stuck at 7% when trying to download, please post your debug logs as previously requested (Let me know if you need instructions for this).

Also, I noticed that you have UE4.7 listed as the version you are reporting. Are you able to load any more recent versions of the engine? Please include this information when you respond if you require further assistance.
