I am consistently losing the painted vegetation upon updating/reimporting my SU model. SU is 2023 Pro. TM is 2023.1 Preview 2 Trial. Is this a known issue???

I'm not aware of any known issues pertaining to vegetation paint being lost on resyncs, and I wasn't able to reproduce this on my end in Twinmotion 2023.1. If you're still facing issues, please submit a bug report here with a copy of the affected SketchUp and Twinmotion files.

TM is continuing to lose mapped materials and it’s beyond frustrating. Before any presentation, I have to get into the model 15-20 minutes beforehand and double check if everything is OK prior to the meeting because TM is unreliable.
Using SU Pro 2023 and TM 2023.2.3. In fact this has continued to be an issue with EVERY previous version. I always import SU model directly into TM. Materials are shown in the TM material palette just not mapped to the model, and these are native TM or Megascans materials, not custom materials. All extracted material folders are where they are supposed to be. The materials that are not mapped are inconsistent as well, it’s never the same and incredibly frustrating and time consuming.
The painted grass vegetation disappears too. This is even more frustrating because I have to go back and repaint the vegetation almost every time.
Certainly I am not the only one this is happening to on a regular basis.
We have experienced this as well.

difficult to report a bug from the link you provided when all it does is spin after i hit save. i’ve done this twice and it’s not saving our uploading my bug report. so this is a bug report of the bug report procedure.
