I am an individual interior designer. Is Twinmotion free for individuals? I tried it and found that exporting requires purchasing a seat. How can I apply for free use?

I just purchased a Twinmotion seat to so I can use the Cloud, however, my uploads fail when exporting a panorama set. Does it take a day or two for your account to update to recognize the seat?
