I am an individual interior designer. Is Twinmotion free for individuals? I tried it and found that exporting requires purchasing a seat. How can I apply for free use?

Hello, yes, Twinmotion itself is free to use for individuals and small businesses that made less than $1 million USD in revenue in the past 12 months, educational institutions, and students. Having said that, the Cloud is not. To have access to the Twinmotion Cloud, you need to purchase a seat.

If I want to export after making it, I need to have a seat subscription. Is it because I installed the wrong version?

Probably not, you’re probably just exporting stuff from the cloud partition, instead of the local partition. Make sure you only have things selected from the upper part:

I just purchased a Twinmotion seat to so I can use the Cloud, however, my uploads fail when exporting a panorama set. Does it take a day or two for your account to update to recognize the seat?
