  1. You can use Unreal Engine at as many computers as you want, but only on one at a time. All you have to do is log on to your account in the launcher, there is no cdkey, it’s connected to your account you registered prior to purchase.
  2. I’m not sure what you mean but the Unreal Engine 4 Editor is available in Chinese. To change language, go here: Edit > Editor Preferences > Appearance > Internationalization
  3. I didn’t pay with paypal (wasn’t available int he beginning) but there is a system in Paypal that will charge every month for a service, so I assume that’s what they’re using, so make sure to have money on Paypal or the account you have connected to it.
