Hyperwallet fees

Hello,
I am currently trying to finish my Hyperwallet signup. But before im finishing i would like to ask a question about the fees that may emerge.

If i go to the fees site (https://epicgames.hyperwallet.com/hw2web/consumer/page/availableFeesProgram.xhtml) it leads to just an empty page

So before i am agreeing to epic games being able to withdraw these unknown fees from my bank account i would love to know how high these would be.

-So could i please get a clear awnser to what fees may emerge ?
