You will have total creative freedom* over the game’s genre, subject matter and gameplay! And are free to display the work you created for this game in your portfolio* (no NDA required*)

And we’ll provide support where you need!

Your whole ad is about what you want/expect, and hardly anything what you offer for it in return.

What in detail do you offer for “We help with marketing, business, expenses*, and global localization.”?

  1. who is “we” if you are a registered company, then link the registration, website…
  2. what does your “help” consist of, giving advice? If not list up what task in which quality and value you offer, e.g. business: we pay to set up your company, do the accounting, pay legal expenses and so onl
  3. what expenses do you actually pay to what amount? people need to pay their bills while working for you, so do you pay salary, provide hard- and software to work with?
  4. what tasks will you do for localization, e.g. pay translators, make different country-specific advertising and so on?

You really should put those basics in your ad, otherwise this looks just like one big red flag (to avoid calling it scam)!

Basically it feels like they’re telling you to make a game but get only 90% of it and they take 10% for doing nothing at all… haha…
