Is there any reason why my main HUD disapears when I “Open Level by Name”?
The HUD widget is created in the GameInstance BP, and Added to viewport later on by the Game Mode.
I’m pretty sure I am not missing a “Remove from Parent” node anywhere.

I always do it the long way of each new level creates the HUD on begin play because I’m still kinda new to Unreal, works for me and I haven’t had any problems though. Could be a glitch with UE5 if you’re using that, I’ve seen a fair share of UE5 bugs already
Well, that works!
I’d love to understand what happens though.
ensure that the level you are loading has the game mode set in world settings.
HUD is created with the game mode, and game mode is created with the level.
(this is assuming when you say HUD you mean unreals HUD class which can be set as a target in game mode defaults)
