Follow Omniverse Steps Because It Worked For Me

“I was able to help someone fix it temporarily while they make an update fix. Go to your install folder where you have Fortnite_Studio. Copy everything inside there ctrl+a and ctrl+c and paste it inside the regular fortnite folder. Then with epic running in back launch UEFN from the UnrealEditorFortnite-Win64-Shipping.exe file under your install location at Fortnite\FortniteGame\Binaries\Win64”

Simplified Version From My Point Of View:

  • Search for The “Unreal Editor For Fortnite” in the Epic Games Launcher And Download It (Remember the pathway and name of the folder because it will have the Fortnite_Studio File; Folder Name Example: UEFN For Fortnite)

  • Click on The Folder (Folder Name Example: UEFN For Fortnite) and it should contain the Fortnite_Studio File.

  • Copy the Fortnite_Studio File and paste it into the Fortnite Folder.

  • Copy The UnrealEditorFortnite-Win64-Shipping.exe (Found In Fortnite_Studio\FortniteGame\Binaries\Win64), then paste it to Fortnite\FortniteGame\Binaries\Win64

  • Lastly click on the UnrealEditorFortnite-Win64-Shipping.exe and it should work.

  • The "" (BackSlash Key) means file paths.

Ty for the post, in my case it shows that, you know something?

Sorry for the late response. The only error file I encounter was tdl.dll and never had an “oo2tex_8_win64” error message. Try putting the unrealeditorfortnite-win64-shipping.exe in the regular fortnite file folder (Click Fortnite, FortniteGame, Binaries, Win64, then paste it inside Win64). After open the unrealeditorfortnite-win64-shipping.exe
