I don’t know if the file is corrupted or not but, Adding the s on http fixed my issue.

Just found a solution, in Commit.gitdeps.xml replace BaseUrl="http://cdn.unrealengine.com/dependencies" by BaseUrl="https://cdn.unrealengine.com/dependencies" Is this a regression or new issue?
