Html5 package from UE4 encountered error at browser end

I package distribution html5 package for my project, including trigger action of playing a playlist of 2 videos in MP4 format, then failed to execute from Internet browser

  1. packaging
  2. after copy the whole package folder to IIS default home folder on Cloud Server
  3. then add a URL link to my website homepage on the Internet

  5. then error message
    Downloading failed:
    HTTP error 404 Not Found on file UE4Game-HTML5-Shipping.jsgz
