HTML5 and Widget blueprints

Hi guys. I am currently having issues with packaging my project to HTML5. In the editor my widget blueprints that I use for my menus work just fine. After i package them to HTML5 using emscripten sdk 1.29.0 and python 2.7 the widget blueprints no longer seem to respond to input. The buttons do not even recognize that the mouse is hovering over them. I am using unreal 4.8.2 and am relatively new to unreal so don’t assume I know the obvious. Please help!
