HTC Cosmos controllers not recognized - TM 2023.2.2 for Revit

I need help getting the menus or teleporting working in VR - TM2023.2.2 for Revit. I have the HTC Cosmos, which is on the supported list. I’ve tried in TM and Presenter. The HMD and controllers work fine in all other apps (i.e., Enscape3D). I can look around the scene without any issues, but I can’t select the menu items or see a beam for choosing a spot to teleport to. The menus are stuck below me. I’ve tried turning off scene items and changing the horizon, which didn’t do anything. I’ve tried Vive OpenXR and Steam OpenXR. Plenty of GPU/RAM on my machine - RTX4090 & 64GB. Thanks!

Hi. This is caused by an issue related to UE5.4. It only happens on computers that have both the Meta XR (Quest) runtime and Vive runtime.
Two workarounds are now possible:
1- (easiest) Uninstall the Vive runtime (NOT SteamVR, only the Vive-specific software)
2- (more complex) If you really need the Vive runtime installed, specifically disable Vive OpenXR layers before using the Quest by using a tool such as OpenXR-API-Layers-GUI
