I have a laptop hp notebook 15-ac156nr i want to know is it good for gaming

are the specs of that notebook, woefully under powered for games and unusable for game development

Yep that thing will go on strike simply on opening the editor.

You’ll want a dedicated GPU, ideally something like a 960M or better. Also I’d strongly suggest making sure the laptop has a 1080p display or better, UE4s UI takes up a lot of screen real estate.
