How would i play an animation then play another animation after it?

Ok basically i am making some platformer and i have 2 animations. A preparing to run anmatioj and a running animation. What i need to do is that i want to do the preparing to run animation to play first then i want that to transition to the running animation and that will keep playing while the preparing to run animation will stop. Does anyone have a idea how i might be able to achieve this using blueprints?

1d blend space.

an idle pose at 0 followed by a corrective pose at say 10% into a full run. You can then increase the lag time by moving the adjustment pose up and down with in the blend space.
