How would I make a Twinstick camera work as a 3D camera?

ok so i made this planet like gravity thing using these couple of videos for help

I kindof did the movement like them except i wanted the camera work like a 3D camera, i feel that all i have to do is connect the camera to the actor except i dont know how to do that and ive tried everything from simple add control yaw pitch and roll to complex functions and ive spent about 3 days total working at this ive even tried like the second video showed to use the 3d template then go with that althought it didnt work or rather i couldnt figure out how to make it work. i am relativly new to unreal engine but ive been working with it for about a month and i get the gist of it, help.
