How would I go about changing the position of scaling, moving, etc.?

The default scaling & moving for Unreal Engine 5 features them being either in the center, or on an opposite side. As a developer coming from Roblox Studio, I was wondering if I could in any way change it so that the moving and scaling will be on every side? Such as the arrows/blocks on every side, in which dragging that side moves it in the wanted direction?

If this is possible, please let me know and how I can toggle this! Thanks!
