How would i animate and make a 3dwarehouse car abe to be driven

Hello I was wondering if anyone knew how to make a 3dwarehouse Car model able to drive Would I need to make animations I am new to Unreal engine.

When you start a new project in Unreal. You can select the Vehicle or Advanced Vehicle templates. It would give you a working vehicle that you can drive around right away. Then you can try to replace the example car with your choice of car model.

Additionally the Learn tab of the epic launcher has a full blown Vehicle Game project. You can also try customizing that with your own content.
