If i create a game and distribute it on steam. How can i calculate the fee for steam,epic and my own tax for making money? Can i remove the steam fee and epic royalty and than remove the tax, or remove the tax first and from what remains remove the steam+epic fee?(never sold a game for money before)

As i know: If you sold your game for $100.you pay $5 for epic. $10 for steam. And you keep $85 and you pay your taxes after the $85.
