Basically now Apple needs to have two binaries - 32bits and 60bits - so stub file now using UE4 have 170MB! Basically you can’t have game build size smaller than 100MB. It’s necessary to have <100MB build size if you are doing 2D F2P game.
The question is how and when Epic want to fix the issue? For now it’s better to stay with Unity if you are doing 2D F2P Mobile game.
