How to zoom back in after accidentally zooming out to the sphere?

I zoomed out accidentally by pressing F, how to zoom back in to the objects, like within the default empty file?

There’s normally 2 ways I reset the camera from that position:

Click on one of the other actors in the outliner and hit f.

Or

Hit 1, 2, or 3 (not on the number pad) to jump to the default camera bookmarks.
