I have a free non-game project for which I would like to make the modified Unreal source available to the community.
I understand that this should be restricted to those with an unreal license.
Is there a way of linking unreal and bitbucket accounts to ensure that those with access to the source are valid licensees of Unreal?

Have you read the EULA and guidelines? Where did you find that it is restricted?
The Eula guidelines state that you can only release modified source code to other licensees of unreal.
My question is how best to verify that license?
Or should I release the modified source expressly under the standard EULA directly?
