How to use real time tiling of 3d assest surfaces

iam a beginner , iam try to use the landscape paint for the surface, as far as i know we have to create new material and using layerblend node and landscape corrdinate for tiling adding different surface and save it and apply it to landscape material and it automatically appears in landscape paint the problem is that cannot change tiling in realtime and i have to material blueprint and change the tiling there and come back to see the changes further all the options of Material instance cant be applied to the painted layer it seems that the new material i created and material instance that comes premade in 3d assets surfaces folder are disconnected i cant find the solution please help
