How to use Niagara Sim Cache outside of Level Sequence?

I’m making a game and is wondering if I can use Niagara Sim Cache for my environment as well as in Animation Blueprint. So far, I’ve only found the use of Niagara Sim Cache in Level Sequence. I didn’t use Flipbook because the effects I’m making needs to look 3D, viewable in all direction.

Or is there another way to bake Niagara with results similar to Sim Cache and can be used outside of Level Sequence?

I’ve been looking into this as well. I’ve only found examples using the niagara cache in level sequence. I’m not versed in sequencer, but I could imagine it being used for static effects whose visibility, location and orientation are fixed in the level.
I’m looking for a way to spawn a cached fluid sim at any location.
