“I’d like to know how to open UEFN on my MacBook; I have an M2 chip.”
Hi Gangifishy, You’d currently need a Windows PC to use UEFN. If that changes I’d expect it to be updated here.
Since you mention the M2 chip - that’s an ARM based processor (as opposed to x86) - I don’t think that even Windows systems using ARM processors can currently run the editor… (I’m not up to speed on the current state of emulation though)
As Astronomic said, you need a PC. It no longer runs on Parallels. Not sure about VMWare.
However, you can run UEFN on a cloud PC. I’m using one i rent from Shadow Tech - https://shadow.tech
It will not run Fortnite, so I test/debug on an Xbox.
It’s not a great solution, but it is a solution.
