How to use libraries in blueprint scripting (include path in c++)?

Hello there, i am trying to make discord rich presence in my game, the problem is on their site it says to go to the .build.cs file which i obviously dont have, the problem is that i think i saw that i needed to go to visual studio and then generate files something like that, but the problem is i dont have visual studio, and i dont use the c++ thing, i selected the blueprint scripting whatever its called.

Any help is appreciated.
