How to Use Downloaded Map

Hi,
I am very new to Unreal Engine and am still trying to figure it out.
Recently I have downloaded a map for the game that I have to create for a school project and am having difficulty using it.
After downloading it I am stumped on what to do next, how do I use this map?
How do I get it to load?
Please help ASAP

P.S. It is also in a WinRAR file

First extract the downloaded files. Then I believe you have to go to “File”>“Open Level”>Select your downloaded map.
