How to use animation frame>Key >Notify to trigger a impulse at knuckledusters position

I know there are a few questions related to using the impulse blueprints but can we use a notify in the animation to then trigger this impulse.

We are using the mixamo jill to learn from, we have attached a Axe to her hand and when she attacks we added two notifies, the first is a sound -A wosh sound and the other is a notify we named damage.

Question:
How do we trigger a impulse at axe location from that it seems we can only have sound and particles triggered from the notify keys.
