How to use a BP to automatically select Sequencer settings?

Is there a way to use a BP to auto-select certain settings in Sequencer every time without having to manually set?

Specifically I am trying to select:

  • Clock Source = Timecode
  • Display Rate = [certain fps frame rate, 24, 29.97, etc.]
