How to uninstall Unreal Engine?

I haven’t used Windows in about 15 years. I prefer Linux, but I installed Windows so that I can use the Unreal Engine. I installed it, but am having some issues due to me having an SSD connected while it was installed. I don’t have the issue on my laptop, but it doesn’t meet the recommended hardware like my PC.

Now I need to uninstall the Engine, so that I can reinstall it without any external storage connected to my PC. Someone recommended using regedit. I looked at regedit, I have no idea what to do with that. It’s not in the add/remove programs list. I have no idea how to uninstall it on Windows. Can someone direct me to some instructions? I know I can wipe my drive, copy my windows hardrive image again, and reinstall all of the drivers for my PC, and then reinstall Unreal Engine 4 that way, but that takes a while. There should be a way to just uninstall this program.
