You can just delete it from your engine folder.
Goto UnrealEngine4Path/4.xx/Engine/Plugins, find it and delete it. All plugins installed from within the launcher are in the subfolder /Marketplace. You might need to do the same for your game if you have it installed in your game.
I would advice on deactivating the plugin in your game project before deleting it. Just to be safe.
