How to uniformally edit an UMG element and copy and paste without offset?

Hello,
In Photoshop when you are editing the transform corners of an image and hold down ALT while doing so the image will scale on both sides either vertically or horizontally the same and holding Shift as well makes it uniformally scale. Does Unreal’s UMG editor have a similar feature?

My other question is when I copy and paste and element in UMG, I want it to be in the exact same spot at the element I am copying from but it always is offset, is there a way to turn that off?
