How to turn off the fog from static light with voxel fog in UE4

right now I’m using a voxel fog which is a cube geometry with fog material to get a overall fog in my map. but I’m getting grid look fog from static fill lights, and those fill lights have the volumetric scattering intensity set as 0. is there any way I can turn off the fog from those fill lights?
