How to Turn Off Snapping to Sockets?

I have some skeletal mesh actors that I am attaching movers to and any time I try to move or rotate them into position they snap all over the map. There is no snapping on in the translation/rotation tools. This seems to happen when a mesh is close to a skeletal mesh so I’m guessing that it’s snapping to sockets but I have no proof.

Any idea how to turn this off as it makes it very have to align things using only the detail panel.


Hmm could be snapping, all snapping is in the quick settings in the viewport:
