Well, it wasn’t anything related to UE at all. One of my settings in MSI Afterburner got checked to show system clock as a part of its on screen display. , your comment prompted me to do a little more isolation of problem and it was only appearing in windows that Afterburner thought were rendered as 3D. I have no idea how this option got turned on but, hey, it’s my machine and now I know. I had completely forgotten about this app running in background since I don’t use it and it’s gone now.
