How to turn a 1 frame animation into a 60 frame animation?

Lets say that I started with a 60 frame animation. I kept one frame and deleted all before and after so it is the only frame left. What then do I need to do take that frame as frame 1 then reset the whole thing to 60 frames so then I can start from the frame I kept?
