How to transfer the colour Palette of folders from on project to another.

Hello! This post is meant to share information.
It is quite easy to move a project’s colour palette to another project, if you have ever wondered how to do it. To find [PathColor], navigate to Game\Saved\Config\Windows/EditorPerProjectUserSettings.ini and scroll down. You will find a section under the heading [PathColor].
This entire section can be copied to the same file in your project. Nothing will happen if the folders are missing. It will instantly change to match the hue of your folder if they have the same name. Like me, if you create folders with common names for all of your projects, the folder will be coloured based on the information in this list as soon as it is created and given the same name.

I hope others find this information useful.

Thanks for sharing! This is exactly what I was hoping for  … dreaming for! Awesome. It might come in handy also when VC may messes folder colors up, as in jus wiping them out, including the palette, which happened to me lately using Diversion and I do not know why.

Losing your carefully set Folder Colors is uncool. (Even tho there are of course worse things to lose :stuck_out_tongue: )
