Hi there – I have a team of creators that have made a couple of Fortnite Creative maps. We want to manage the team from the Creator Portal as an owner, but we no longer have access to the owner’s account. The email tied to the owner’s account is deleted forever and no longer accessible, so we cannot log in.
This is essentially my ticket for support – can someone help us transfer ownership in another way?
