How to transfer images taken with the app from phone to PC?

Hej guys,

Tbh I’m a bit desperate because everything I’ve tried and either I missed the obvious or there’s just no solution at all.

So, I scanned some objects yesterday with an Iphone using the reality scan app, but when the models where processed it turned out that a lot of images couldn’t connect - for whatever reason, leaving me with just fragments of the models.

That’s why I want to transfer the images to the PC to work on them there.
But it’s not as easy as I have imagined.
They cannot be found in the explorer.
So I tried to export the images via the app and could send them to another iphone. Still didn’t show up in the library. Then I resent them and suddenly they appeared in the explorer. When I tried to import them to Reality Scan an error showed up (File not found: Error 7134), which is strange, because I can open them with other programs.

So, what can I do to use the images which were taken with the RS-App on PC?

Hello Jori,

which version of RealityScan Mobile do you have?

In the latest versions there is an option to export the taken images and sent them as zip file anywhere.

To get there just open three dots icon for the selected project, then choose View Images and use Export icon. There you can choose where the zip file should be sent.

How you tried to import them to RealityScan?

Thank you for the info, I just have overseen this option!
Works fine.
