Is it possible to toggle the Advanced Storm Beacon Devices on and off, or to link the Advanced Storm Beacon Devices with the Advanced Storm Controller Devices to create clusters of multiple Controllers and Beacons?

You can disable or enable the storm through the advanced controller, but you can’t disable or enable storm beacons. What you can do, though, is to move the beacons where you want every phase to be, before spawning the storm with the advanced controller.
Just know you can’t move phase 6 when phase 1 is already going. To see the phase in the actual beacon position, you must move EVERY beacon in their position before spawning the storm.
Also, to move them, you may need to attach them to a prop, so you can move the prop through verse and they will follow it.
