How to tell when an object has rotated an amount of times?

I have an object (champagne bottle) that when it rotates around on the floor it pops.

Im trying to find how to tell when the object rotate around in either direction to start pop event.

Any help is appreciated, thank you

if your rotating it manually say on tick then you just add the delta to a float / 360

or if its physics based you may have to GetActorRotation - LastRotation on tick/timer

The subtraction approach is the right idea, but Get Actor Rotation minus the last rotation lies as soon as yaw crosses the -180/180 seam. A bottle spinning on the floor does that once per revolution, and the delta comes out near 360 degrees instead of a few degrees. That spike is what fires the pop on the wrong frame.

Count revolutions from angular velocity instead of from the rotator.

On Tick, Get Physics Angular Velocity in Degrees. If you only care about it spinning flat on the floor, use the Z component. If it is rolling, use the length of the vector so the axis does not matter. Add AngularZ * Delta Seconds into a float. When Abs(Accumulator) >= 360, fire the pop and subtract 360 * Sign from the accumulator. Do not zero it, or you drop the leftover degrees from that frame.

If it is not simulating and you rotate it yourself, keep the last yaw and add Normalize Axis (Current Yaw - Last Yaw) into the same accumulator. Normalize Axis is what folds the seam back into -180..180. Store the yaw after you add it, every tick, including frames where you do not pop.
