How to stop Unreal Engine from crashing?

I am a student at full sail university for several months. I have download Unreal engine to develop some small games about 8 minutes long. After a while Unreal Engine started to crash on me. the Unreal version I am using is 4.26.2. I have try uninstalling it and reinstalling it. Factory rest my Laptop, Uninstalling and reinstalling my display adapters which are: Intel(R) UHD Graphic 630 and NVIDIA Quadro RTX 5000, Both of these adapters was already install on my laptop. I also try to update the adapters both have the latest update. When I actually get on Unreal engine it crashes and the blue window appear saying "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We are collecting some error information. The laptop well restart for you. it will reach 100% complete but it will not restart. I have waited about 30 minutes for it restart but it does not. It only happens will I try to go into Unreal Engine. Unreal Engine is for creating games, movies or shows. Stop code VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR. I am talking to my HP chat support and will talk to the school tech support after. Also sometimes when I open Discord all that pops up is a black screen. BIOS version is HP R92 ver. 01.09.00 4/27/2021. I NEED Unreal engine to do my homework. I have ask My HP support and everything is working on my laptop. I am also asking my school techs

update your gpu drivers, current direct x, make sure it uses the correct (nvidia) graphics card, not the build in. this bluescreens don’t seem to come from UE, they are cause by gpu drivers
